Too many people were asking me something good to suggest for english. So, here it is, i'm sharing it again.
For english improvement, keep reading The Hindu or Indian express or any good newspaper which is equivalent to both of these. You can also read The Businessline (Must read Editorial, comments and Opinion section) on the daily basis. When you read Newspaper and if you get any word which you are not able to comprehend, penned it down and write its meaning. Try to use these words in your daily life. Unless you won't use these on daily basis you won't be able to remember for a long time.
For verbal section you have to read newspapers meticulously, you can say reading good newspapers, it not only improve your verbal sections (RC, Cloze Test, Fill in the Blanks, Errors,Vocab....etc) but it would enhance knowledge of GA as well.
For Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Sentence Rearrangements, Fill in the blanks, even for Errors, Newspapers, Magazines, and Novels are Panacea. So be a voracious reader, if you want to score good in Verbal Section. There is no rocket science to learn English; you have to keep reading as much as you can. Also, I would like to tender an advice to all of you to watch good Hollywood movies and TV Series in spare time, it will help you immensely.
For improvement of Grammar you can buy this book "Essential English Grammar Supplementary Exercises Indian edition" and after done with it, you can go for the advance edition of it.
For, GA as I already told you to keep following good newspapers including economy sections of these, as well.
For banking awareness go for good banking book, and last but not the least keep following BA and do practice as much as you can. Also, You can buy this book, Common Error Made Esay Paperback – 2011. You can find it on Amazon, if you want to buy it online. All the best! :)
